Hollywood has Red Carpet… so do we from Malaysia!
Our Red Carpet Avenue is actually the longest, covered, climate-controlled boulevard ever built in the Klang Valley. The Red Carpet Avenue, designed by world-renowned French architect Nicolas Ayoub, is part of the overall property development by Encorp Strand.
Encorp Strand consists of:
- Encorp Strand Garden Office (existing)
- Encorp Strand Business Suites (existing)
- Encorp Strand Red Carpet Avenue (newly completed)
- Encorp Strand Mall (under construction)
- Encorp Strand Residences (under construction)
If you have missed my previous article on Encorp Strand and it’s new residence, click here for more info.
Let’s get back to Red Carpet Avenue. This place offers alfresco dining at its best. F&B outlets which are available at Red Carpet Avenue include Ayn Zam Zam, Dr Café Coffee, Groumandis, MBA, Modesto’s, Muzeum Restaurant & Bar, Saint’s Bar & Kitchen, Tapis Rouge and Tranquerah, Waroeng Iga.
In addition, with its state-of-the-art sound system, specially designed lighting and fibre optic cables, Red Carpet is events-ready and has been designed for a complete “Plug & Play’ experience for those who wish to hold events such as performances, film premiers, fashion shows, product launches as well as music and cultural festivals. WOW! This is getting similar to Hollywood’s Red Carpet.
Look out for a host of local and international events at Red Carpet, including Night of the Ad Eaters, evening music performances, weekend sidewalk sales and even an outdoor cinema!
However the place is still new and with the mall still under construction, one can expects many quiet days. While visiting the place on a weekday afternoon, I noticed the place is not fully taken up yet. I’m not sure if existing restaurants are doing well. I was passby at 1.30pm and from the almost empty crowd, I guess we need to wait till 2016 when the mall is ready. Or perhaps, the continuous events carried out by Encorp Strand will drive awareness and crowd to this new soon-to-be exciting place.
