Trinity Group and It’s Property Development


Trinity Group is a boutique property developer that was incorporated in 2004. Started as a small developer, Trinity Group has built it’s reputation on developing niche projects that are designed with specific target markets in mind.

I find it a good strategy to start-off. One cannot compare himself with big players in market with huge landbanks waiting to be developed. So why fight? Create a niche market around thyself.

Additionally, I find Trinity smart in sourcing for any available empty land. No matter how small the land is, they will come out with an idea on how to develop it.  Looking at how and where The Heron Residency, 19 Residency and The Z Residence are build simply proves it!

Another thumbs up from this property developer is all projects are completed a few months ahead of schedule.

Pricing : If you look at Trinity’s projects, you will notice Trinity always launch its’ projects slightly lower price compare to competitors/market price, and the sales are good.

Location : However, location wise, both residency are not good. I have been to this place as a friend of mine was considering to purchase a semi-d at 19 Residency (which in the end, she didn’t due to location). In actual fact, the piece of land is very, very small but Trinity is creative enough to build 2 rows of semi-d on it! Again, I mean two rows – one row with 12 units, so total 24 units. Making it worst is this exclusive 19 Residency is sandwiched between Heron and another high-rise apartment. On neighborhood, there is a cow/goat/chicken farm nearby and some homeowners at Heron complained on the smell.




The Zest @ Kinrara 9 :

Serviced apartments, shop offices and retail piazza – waiting vacant possession


Pricing : Launching price RM225,000 – RM350,000. Subsale is asking for RM360,000 onwards.

Location : Good, just along Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil-Puchong and near proposed Kinrara LRT station.

Location : This is another small piece of land, on hill slope. Next to Bukit OUG condominium and neighbouring Kiara Residences and The Rainz. High density and congested. There is an Indian school and some light industry factories nearby. Hopefully traffic gets better with access link roads which is under construction and with the proposed LRT station which is within walking distance.
