Hi, my name is Ann Khee.
I am a work at home mom since a year ago. So what do I do? I run an ecommerce website, take care of my 3 years old daughter, manage house chores, ad-hoc tasks runner – all this in the comfort of no morning wake up alarms, no office dress code and no playing Angry Bird to ease pressure from boss!
Before I landed at my current job, I used to work as a quantity surveyor for a few listed property developers and contractors – 7 years in construction industry and another 4 years in interior design industry.
Sometimes I do feel that totally leaving behind my 11 years of work experience may be a waste. Who can’t remember the torturing exam moments till graduating from University of Malaya?
Property and interior design has always been my preferred field. I wanted to continue my exposure in this field, while being able to share my knowledge. So why not continue my journey in another way? And this intention has gives birth to this blog.
Along the way, I will also be sharing on properties which I have survey or visit. Investing in properties is indeed a common and workable investment tool. Well, I wish to acquire my 2nd property soon. Hopefully 3rd and 4th are on the way too.

On Sentul Prime: In terms of pricing, it’s worth considering as cheaper than other nearby projects. However I am not familiar with Sentul, so I can’t comment so much. You can call Patrick (sales team) from Platinum Victory 016-971 5111 for further info. I always believe that it is wise to invest in areas which we familiar and do our homework.

i’m also looking for an apartment in Sentul Prime also. i hv pay my booking fees. 856sqft at RM277k, klcc view. still consider should i invest in this apartment. this Sentul prime is same concept as the Scott SOHO Garden. same architecture firm but different developer. last sat, i pay a visit at Scott Garden, not bad. many ppl visit to the tesco. the Sentul Prime hvnt launched yet but hv sold out 4 blocks out of 6 blocks. i’m waiting for official launch now.

Your Sentul Prime booking is a steal. Good price! Some people miss it as small units not available anymore.
I have been to Scott Garden, quite nice especially with Tesco around since there’s no hypermarket in this area.
