Breaking news! Seringin Residences, a new luxury condominium project at Happy Garden by See Hoy Chan, will be launching mid June 2014.

I pass by the sales gallery and show room today and managed to chat with one of the sales person.
Highlights:
- Actual launching mid June 2014.
- Built-up from 1,500 sf.
- Selling price from RM500,000 onwards.
- Maintenance fees RM0.26/sf.
- There was a soft launching for one of the block which was open for the company’s associates in Jan 2014 – results in 70% sold for this block. Don’t worry folks, the 2nd block is fully available.
- Sales gallery is open daily, can drop by if interested.

Ching, no. Sales gallery is not open for public yet. Will only open in mid June. Now contractors are inside doing final touch up.

Hi everyone! Whoever wants to get a unit at Seringin Residences must first register with See Hoy Chan. To register, go to http://www.shcsb.com.my/. They will then send invitation to book by SMS in batches. Thus priority is given to early registrants. Without this SMS, you cannot book.
I questioned the sales person as this booking system is pretty weird and suspicious. For instance, I’ve register early this year and still don’t receive any SMS yet. Hmm…
Anyway showroom is already open 7 days week. Can always go and visit.
Got the “Invited Registrants” SMS last night. Head straight to the show room this morning
Tower B: Many units of all sizes are still available including 1500sf & 1800sf. 1500sf starting from RM720k @ RM480/sf with 2 carparks. All units are bare/empty, only air-cons to all rooms are given. Maintenance RM0.26/sf.
Tower A: Since already pre-launch early this year at lower price, now left a few big units only.
Important note: You can’t place booking if you don’t receive SMS from See Hoy Chan. Must register with them first and wait for your SMS which will be send out in batches.
